Lever Switches - Series 25

OVERVIEW

Integral Series 25 ILS Lever switch takes minimum space behind the panel and makes operation from the front very convenient. Variations in the lever design permit standard 2 to 3 position and spring return action. For fixing purposes M 2.5 tapped holes are provided or alternately 3.2 mm clear holes can be provided.

Light Pipes

OVERVIEW

Integral Series Light Pipes, Fit in directly on PCB, transmit light to another viewing area such as front panel display. These light tubes take complex shapes that used gentle curving bends or sharp prismatic folds. Because there is no physical connection between the light pipe and PCB mounted LED, it can be mounted or removed without disturbing the panel display.

Light transmission efficiency is greatest if tube is short. In longer and angled tubes, part of light intensity is lost. To minimize losses, high reflectivity of tube lining are used.

APPLICATION : Using light Pipe, IIIumination can be directed up and away from PCB by several inches, whenever required, to front display panel. Precision engineered for light optically precise uniform indication and appearance.

VERSATILITY : Compatible with surface mount standard LED packages.

INSTALLATION : PCB mountable with LED positioned at end of Light Pipe.

Rotary Switches - PCB Type - Series 35

OVERVIEW
Integral Series 35 Rotary Switch - PCB type is designed to be used directly in PC 0 0 Boards and switches 2 to 24 positions with 15 or 2-12 positions with 30 index angle.

It can be fixed in the PCB with the four soldering pins of the frame with only the shaft projecting from the panel. Alternately it can also be fixed on the front panel using the 3/8 x 32 TPI threaded bush and nut which is a part of the index mechanism. A maximum of ten dust proof switching modules with a maximum of 24 pairs of spring contacts can be mounted into a rigid frame. The soldering pins are sealed with epoxy resin or moulded so that during soldering no flux or other matter can enter the switching module.

Toggle Switches - Series 20 Solder Type

Integral (Series 20) Toggle Switches meet the needs of customers wanting a high quality, high current carrying switch in small volume. Standardisation of design in components used from single to four poles, careful choice of materials and attention to details result in reliable and consistent performance. They are available with popular actuator types and sizes. Design variations in the contacts result in all the required switching functions. Only limited types LCSO approved switches to JSS51201 available.

Toggle Switches - Series 20 Special Custom Built Switches

In Series 20 Toggle Switches, modifications are possible to meet customers special requirements.

A very large number of variations are possible in our standard line of switches due to a wide selection possible in choosing the number of poles, switching function, contact selection, actuator and mounting selection.

However sometimes there may be a customer requirement which is not met by any one of the innumerable combination. In such cases Integral can develop samples as per the customers drawings. Due to employment of modern production techniques even small number of samples can be made to exact dimension.
