Automotive relays are especially designed for Automobile products. Auto Relays are used to switch multiple things at the same time using one output. A single output connected to multiple relays will allow you to open continuity and/or close continuity simultaneously. The major applications are Car Alarm system, Center door lock System, Flashers, Anti-locking brake systems etc. A typical vehicle can have 20 A Relays or more.

Panel Mounting Relay

Panel mount Relays are typically rated to carry maximum currents from 5 AMPS to 20 AMPS in a variety of industrial applications. They are designed to be plugged into a socket or mounted to a panel.

Power Relay

Power relays are large type of relay, usually used to switch current to an electric motor or other high-power load. Power relays typically have multiple contacts, and those are usually (but not always) normally-open, so that power to the load is shut off when the coil is de-energized. Perhaps the most common industrial use for Power relay is the control of electric motors.

Relay Sockets

Solid State Relay

As the name indicates, a solid state relay is an electrical switch comprising solid state or electronic components. Owing to their nature, solid state relays contain no moving parts. Because no mechanical contacts are opened or closed within the relay, there is no arcing or pitting of contact surfaces, thus no wear-out mechanism. As a result, solid state relays can operate for many millions of turn on/turn off cycles with no deterioration in performance. In addition, with no mechanical movement inside, acoustical noise is eliminated. A big advantage in power cabinets that can contain dozens of relays.

Telecom Relay

Telecom Relays are also known as Signal Relays are relatively small and designed to switch signal-level loads in communications systems, test gear, thermostats, instrumentation, consumer electronics and industrial equipment. Some switch maximum currents up to 2 amps, but they usually switch only milliamps in application. These relays typically have relatively low operate and release times compared to other general purpose relays. Most are sealed, and some offer surface mount terminals.
